    REGISTRATION FEES: Rs. 650
    SLOTS : 30

This hands-on workshop delves into the essential assays used to evaluate the efficacy of nutraceuticals in preventing oxidative stress, protein denaturation, and regulating blood sugar levels. Participants will gain practical experience in performing three critical assays:

Protein Denaturation Assay: Learn to assess the ability of nutraceuticals to prevent the denaturation of proteins, a key factor in various diseases. Understand the methodology behind the assay and how it correlates with therapeutic potentials.

Antioxidant Activity Assay: Explore the significance of antioxidants in neutralizing free radicals and preventing cellular damage. Participants will conduct assays to quantify the antioxidant potential of various nutraceutical compounds and interpret the results.

Hypoglycemic Assay: Study the effect of nutraceuticals on blood glucose regulation. This session will guide participants through the testing of natural compounds for their potential to lower blood sugar, an important feature in the management of diabetes and metabolic health.
